This 75 minute session will provide Assistant and/or Associate Principals from middle/junior and high schools an opportunity to engage in dialogue about the unique aspects of our roles. An emphasis will be to understand the nuances of social-emotional learning, connection and belonging, as well as further understanding the the graduating class team model at New Trier. The intent is to provide the ability to gain a knowledge of initiatives across districts and identify potential areas for collaboration and alignment. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in dialogue, collaboration, and networking to enhance connections.
