In this dynamic panel discussion, early childhood educators and leaders will share insights on creating environments that leverage the strengths, interests, and natural abilities of preschool and kindergarteners. Using an asset-based approach, the panel will explore strategies for fostering attention and deep engagement through play, movement, and inquiry.
Participants will learn about the latest research on attention development in early childhood and hear real-world examples of how educators create classrooms that support individualized focus.
